Although there were originally sixty-three condominiums in Crystal Point, eight units have since been combined into four, resulting in a new total of fifty nine units.

Not counting the two penthouses, there are seven floor plans. The Waterford, Tiffany, Steuben and Lenox are on floors two through fifteen. The Lalique, Kosta Boda and Baccarat are on floors sixteen through eighteen.

Each individual unit of a specific floor plan has the same square footage and orientation within the building resulting in the same view but at different heights.
